This scarcitynot only exacerbates the suffering of patients but alsocontributes to poorer clinical outcomes. Particularly inLMICs, the underrepresentation of the population inclinical trials and the additional hurdles posed by financialconstraints underscore an urgent need for contextspecificmanagement strategies. In response, we haverigorously evaluated recent guidelines from leadingmedical societies, adapting them to suit the specificneeds and limitations of the local context in Pakistan. Thiseffort, undertaken in collaboration with local physicians, aims to provide a comprehensive, standardised approachto diagnose, treat, and follow-up with HGG patients. Byfocussing on the best available clinical evidence andjudicious use of limited resources, we strive to improvepatient care and outcomes in these challenging settings. Keywords: Patient care, societies, medical, physicians, glioma, brain tumour, Downloads Full Text Article Published 2024-06-09 How to Cite Syed Ather Enam, Hafiza Fatima Aziz, Saqib Kamran Bakhshi, Ahmed Altaf, Kaynat Siddiqui, Asim Hafiz, Adeeba Zaki, Muhammad Osama, Ahmed Gilani, & Pakistan Brain Tumour Consortium: Authors list at the end of the supplement.
