Obesity increases the likelihood of UTIs due to arange of physiological, immunological, and behaviouralfactors. This article explores the relationship betweenobesity and UTIs while emphasizing evidence-basedlifestyle changes to lower this risk. The discussion includesstrategies such as weight management, dietary changes,increased physical activity, proper hydration, andbehavioural adjustments as vital steps for reducing UTIprevalence in obese individuals.
