It needs a systematic and overarching approach toeffectively manage a case of hyperkalaemia. We proposea structured A-to-H approach to guide clinicians inmanaging hyperkalaemia, ensuring that no critical aspectis neglected or inadvertently missed. This approachinvolves Analytical accuracy, Background, Clinicalcontext, Diagnosis and drugs, Evaluation, Follow-up,Guidelines adherence, and Health education.
