It may be the result of trauma, radiation, surgery, malignancy or infection. Delayed VCF formation has been reported rarely in literature. We report an unusual presentation of a vesicocutaneous fistula which presented as an abdominal wall infection secondary to infection of obstructed urinary tract in an old case of bladder trauma and repair.
