Your suggestion is well taken. Some of the other international indexed journals have also introduced Abstracts for case reports which makes it easier to understand the relevance, in comparison to the title alone.
JPMA will introduce an abstract for Case Reports from January 2005.

Abstract 150 words
Text 1250 words
Tables or figures 2
References 10
The addition of an Abstract will be applicable from January 2005.
